1. Statement of Purpose
In order to provide you with access to this website and the contents and services herein, CRE Properties may require you to provide certain information about yourself. Such information collected from you will be used for purposes including but not limited to supplying to you the services, resources, facilities and goods requested by you through this website, responding to inquiries/requests submitted through this website, notifying you of any changes to this website which may affect you, facilitating website access and availability, compiling statistics/conducting analysis on website usage so as to gain an understanding of your needs, preferences and requirements, and direct marketing activities. (d) Where it is intended that the personal data collected will be used for direct marketing purposes, CRE Properties will separately provide the individual with all the necessary information required to be given by law such as information about the direct marketing means and the classes of marketing subjects before making the collection. CRE Properties will not use an individual’s personal data in direct marketing unless it has obtained the express consent of the individual concerned and such consent has not been withdrawn.
CRE Properties will only hold personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose or a directly related purpose for which they are collected.

CRE Properties will take all practicable steps to keep the personal data you have provided confidential. However, CRE Properties may need to transfer / assign the information / personal data collected from this website to the following parties in connection with the purposes set out above:
(a) any agent, contractor or third-party service provider engaged by CRE Properties to provide services in relation to the design, management, maintenance and upkeep of this website;

Individuals have the right to request access to and to correct their personal data held by CRE Properties. Individuals who wish to access their personal data should make their request by completing the prescribed Data Access Request Form (https://www.pcpd.org.hk/english/publications/files/Dforme.pdf) and send the completed form to Personal Data (Privacy) Officer – Marketing by post: 39/F, China Resources Building, 26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong or email to promotion@wpml.com.hk.
Depending on the nature and extent, a reasonable fee may be charged for requests for data access. There is no prescribed form for making a request to correct personal data held by CRE Properties; individuals may submit their requests in the above manner.
